HPP Emanueli is a 770 kW run-of-river hydropower project located on the Vomesit Stream, a tributary of the Gjadër River, near Gjobardhaj in Lezhë County, northern Albania. The project utilizes the natural hydraulic potential of the watercourse through a diversion scheme incorporating two water intake structures and a downstream powerhouse.
The hydropower scheme is designed for a discharge of 0.68 m³/s, with a gross hydraulic head of 137 m and a net head of approximately 133.80 m. Its main infrastructure comprises a 14 m earthfill intake dam, a secondary Tyrolean-type intake, a 420 m siphon, approximately 2 km of diversion canal, a pressure basin, and a 640 m steel penstock. The powerhouse is designed to accommodate two Pelton turbine-generator units rated at 385 kW each, providing an expected annual electricity generation of approximately 1.60 GWh.
