The PVPP Oslomej project is a utility-scale, grid-connected photovoltaic power plant located in the Velmevci–Oslomej area of North Macedonia. The production-planning model reviewed and updated for the project is based on an installed photovoltaic capacity of approximately 80.01 MWp and an aggregate inverter capacity of approximately 50 MWac.
For production-planning purposes, the photovoltaic field was modeled using 125,019 Trina Solar TSM-DEG21C.20 Vertex modules, each rated at 640 Wp. The modules were arranged in 4,311 strings of 29 modules, resulting in a modeled nominal DC capacity of approximately 80.01 MWp.
The energy model incorporates a horizontal north–south single-axis tracking system comprising approximately 3,538 trackers. The modeled tracker geometry includes a pitch of approximately 4.20 m, a collector width of approximately 2.38 m and an average Ground Coverage Ratio of approximately 56.8%. The tracker operating range is approximately ±55°.
The reviewed medium-voltage system comprised six collection lines, each serving two 6.3 MVA power stations and providing a rated capacity of approximately 12.6 MVA per line. The collection system was connected to a project substation through 20 kV switchgear.
For long-term electricity-trading and revenue-planning purposes, the production plan covers a period of 25 years and applies an average module-degradation assumption of 0.40% per year, together with progressive degradation-related mismatch. The modeled useful energy decreases from approximately 124.27 GWh in Year 1 to approximately 106.01 GWh in Year 25. The sum of the annual values presented in the model is approximately 2.896 TWh over 25 years.
